USING BLUEBLOCKS
A clear basis for working together.
These terms explain use of the BlueBlocks website and our role in helping businesses make informed technology decisions. Please read them with our Privacy Notice.

Our service
Blue Blocks Technologies Ltd, Canada, operates BlueBlocks. We help businesses clarify technology requirements, find suitable service providers and understand proposals. Initial participation is free, and BlueBlocks is funded by service providers through agreed commissions on successful business. Applicable commercial terms and disclosures are addressed with the relevant parties for each opportunity.
Using the website
Use the site for lawful business purposes and provide accurate information you are authorised to share. If you act for a company, make sure you have permission to do so. Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or upload harmful material. We may restrict abusive or unauthorised use.
Enquiries and applications
A public enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create an account, publish an RFQ, appoint a provider or commit you to a purchase. A provider application starts a review and does not guarantee approval or opportunities. Please keep the initial message at a business-context level. We can agree an appropriate way to share confidential material when needed.
Requirements and specialist work
You review and approve your requirement and decide whom to invite and select. If deeper specialist discovery or assessment is needed, that work can be separately scoped, quoted and agreed before it proceeds. Website guides, scenarios and interactive estimates support a conversation; they are not an assessment of your systems, a guaranteed outcome or a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.
Direct provider agreements
The actual provider is identified to you. Your organisation contracts directly with that provider for its services, deliverables, prices, support, payment and refund terms. BlueBlocks facilitates the procurement process and can help document and coordinate discussions. It does not automatically resell the service, guarantee delivery or decide a dispute for either party. BlueBlocks remains responsible for its own obligations and conduct.
Verification and shared records
Verification describes the checks completed and their scope. It does not guarantee every capability, certification, compliance requirement, availability or delivery outcome. Review evidence relevant to your requirement. Where platform tools are used, keep submissions and updates accurate and protect your account credentials. Detailed account and opportunity agreements apply to those activities.
Content and third-party links
BlueBlocks content, branding and website materials belong to BlueBlocks or their respective owners. You may use public material to evaluate our services, but must not misrepresent it as your own or imply our endorsement. Linked sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Illustrative photography does not identify BlueBlocks staff, clients or approved providers.
Availability and responsibilities
We work to keep the website useful and reliable, but availability and information can change. We may correct content or maintain the service. Each party remains responsible for the commitments it makes and for obligations that apply under law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific signed agreements govern the services they cover.
Questions and changes
Contact info@blueblocks.ca about these terms, a website issue or a concern. We will explain the appropriate next step. Updates appear on this page with a revision date. A change to these website terms does not by itself rewrite an existing service agreement.
