YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains how Blue Blocks Technologies Ltd, Canada, handles information when you visit BlueBlocks, contact our team or use our services.
Last updated 2 November 2026
What you share with us
Our enquiry and provider application forms ask for your name, company or trading name, email, mobile number with its country code, topic and message. You can also share relevant industry, website and technology context. We record your confirmation of the form notice, its wording and version, and the time you submit. Please leave out passwords, identity documents and sensitive customer or patient information.
Why we ask for these details
We use your information to understand your business context, review your enquiry or application, and follow up by email or phone. Company and mobile details help us qualify the enquiry and contact the appropriate person. Providing them does not verify your identity. Sending a form does not subscribe you to marketing, create an account or automatically share your message with service providers.
Accounts and procurement records
If you continue into account registration, company verification or a procurement opportunity, we explain the additional information needed for that process. Company profiles, verification evidence, requirements, proposals, agreements and related records are available according to company, role and opportunity permissions. Information needed by an invited provider is shared through the authorised procurement process.
Who handles your information
Authorised BlueBlocks staff and the hosting and email services that support our operations may handle your information for these purposes. We do not sell your enquiry details or publish them as a directory listing. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Public enquiry messages are not automatically sent to an embedded AI assistant.
Where information is processed
The application is hosted on Frappe Cloud infrastructure in Germany. Business email uses Zoho Mail Canada. Information may therefore be processed outside your province or country and may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed. Contact us if you need to discuss a particular data-location requirement before sharing confidential information.
Cookies and browsing information
We use essential session and security functions to operate the site and protect forms and account access. Your browser may also remember workspace appearance or installation preferences. Hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the service. Our public pages currently do not load advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. Images and fonts are hosted with the application. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will explain their purpose and offer the choices required before enabling them. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking essential cookies can affect forms and sign-in.
Protection and retention
We use access controls and other technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No online service can promise complete security. We keep information for the purpose it was collected, active relationships and applicable record-keeping, security or legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it according to the applicable process. Records needed for an active dispute or legal obligation may need to be kept longer.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about your information, request access or corrections, or request deletion or withdrawal of consent by emailing info@blueblocks.ca. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We will explain any legal or operational limits, including records that must be retained. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond or provide a requested service. Public forms do not give permission for unrelated marketing.
Contact and changes
For privacy questions or concerns, email info@blueblocks.ca and ask for the privacy contact at Blue Blocks Technologies Ltd. We will review your concern and explain the next steps. We update this notice when our practices change and show the revision date here. Material changes to collection or use will be explained as appropriate before that new use.
